Tata's BPO India's Largest

Far away from the country’s usual BPO hubs, the Tatas have quietly entered the BPO business and hired upto 4,000 employees and $116 million revenues in just 10 months of starting operations. India’s largest BPO outfit WiproSpectramind has 15,000 employees. The Tatas have been running a dedicated, fully-owned business process outsourcing-cum-call centre service outfit called E2E Servisol at three locations in Hyderabad, Pune and Mohali (near Chandigarh). E2E handles its group telecom companies’ call-related and support services. The Tatas plan to make E2E one of India’s top three BPO players in the next two to three years.
