The new-generation public sector bank which successfully concluded a similar exhibition in Chennai, Pune and Bangalore will be holding the 'Homes 2005' exhibition in three other cities across the country.
The Hyderabad-leg of IDBI's 'Homes 2005' exhibition will feature 100 housing projects by 40 reputed builders.
IDBI will offer 100 per cent finance, lower interest rates, fifty per cent discount on processing fees and spot loan sanction at the exhibition.
In the six months ended September 30, 2005, IDBI has disbursed home loans aggregating Rs 1,633 crore as against Rs 1,093 crore in the ocrresponding period last year, the company said in a statement here.
