Hotel Leela in Hyderabad

Hotel Leela appreciated by Rs 13 to close at Rs 286.05 on the BSE. This was after the company announced its plans of setting up new hotels at Chennai and Hyderabad. The company has concluded the acquisition of land at these places for setting up hotels.

Further, it plans to house a huge commercial complex/IT park in the premises of the proposed hotel at Chennai. The price spurt was accompanied by decent volumes, as 1,58,274 shares were traded compared to the two-week average of 29,503 shares on the BSE.
