While Span and Semaly consortia quoted Rs 1.45 crore, other bidders - P B and Wilbur Smith and Crisil quoted Rs 2.99 crore, RITES and Systro and E&Y quoted Rs 3.31 crore and PCCE quoted Rs 11.94 crore.
