Tajik President arrives

Tajikistan President Emomali Rakhmonov arrived here today from Delhi on a two-day visit. Shortly after his arrival here, he visited a unit of state-run BHEL where he went round manufacturing facilities, including turbines being exported to many Asian countries.

Rakhmonov later retired to his suite at Kakatiya Sheraton. His schedule includes a dinner with Governor Rameshwar Thakur tonight. He will visit the historical Golconda Fort and Qutub Shahi tombs tomorrow before leaving the city.
