IVRCL to develop 2400 acres of land

Land Reserves of IVR Prime have been valued between Rs 3,900 - 4,300 crore. This land value is based on a report by Cushman and Wakefield. Sudhir Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of IVRCL, says that the valuation is done for about 1750 acres of land.

He says that this land is spread over five cities; Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad. Commenting on his plans for this land, he says that they plan to develop about 2400 acres within the next five years. Of this development, about 67% will be residential, and the rest will be commercial.
