Anil Ambani is scripting a new story for Telugu cinema. The ADAG-backed Adlabs is investing over Rs 300 crore in
buying and leasing movie theatres in Andhra Pradesh to boost Adlabs'' distribution.
At Rs 250 crore a year the Telugu film industry is India''s largest regional film industry and last year it produced more movies than even Bollywood did.
The multiplex in Hyderabad will be up and running in the next few months. Sources also say the company plans to build a film studio in Hyderabad and produce Telugu films.
