Late last year Eenadu backed by the opposition has put technology from Google to prove beyond any doubt that the Congress leader and their family members have made false claims and doctored the paperwork to back those claims.
Crucial piece of evidence in any land dispute can be gathered by firing up Google Earth and pointing out at satellite imagery which is available for every one, and satellite imagery is updated only once in few years.

A philanthropist donated a piece of land measuring 627 Acres located opposite the present Hi-tech City, to Gurukul Ghatkesar Trust, 30 years back. One of the trustees Kishenlal, illegally sold part of this land to one Ayappa Society and they constructed houses on the illegally procured plots.
Three years ago, the Govt. issued a note saying that Trust Lands cannot be sold. In 2003 , Ayappa Society got a reprieve from the Court on humanitarian grounds. The Govt has agreed to regularise those constructions which existed before 2001.
Taking advantage of this, one VIP (supposedly YSR''s brother) who has constructed a house very recently has also joined the bandwagon. They have created all records which were dated 2001(including Electricity bills & revenue receipts).
Google Earth has confirmed that all images have been taken in the last 1-3 years which means there was no construction in 2001 as claimed by YSR's brother.
Pic # 1 shows the Hitech City and Shilparamam above that which were in existence. Pic # 2 is a blow up of the inset Square of the pic # 1.Coming to the blow up ...The arrow points to the missing construction which is supposed to be in existence since 2001. The central patch is where Nagarjuna Farm House is located.
After the TDP approached the High Court, YSR has had no option but to order a CBI inquiry and he is making the usual noises about the controversy being politically motivated and also said that google earth images are tailored.
The lesson from this is that crucial piece of evidence in any land dispute can be gathered by firing up Google Earth and pointing out at satellite imagery which is available for every one, and satellite imagery is updated only once in few years.
