Maytas adopts Nizampet
Maytas Properties Pvt Ltd has adopted the Nizampet junction to decongest and beautify as part of the company’s CSR initiative. Maytas Properties will construct a 2 km-long median between JNTU and Miyapur, widen the junction bay, and increase green cover in the bay.
The project aims to connect Hi-Tech City to areas of the city beyond Nizampet. Construction work has started at the site, after permission was granted by the Roads and Buildings Department.

Great News! I know since we have big properties in this area the road should be constructed. What i think is all the properties in Nizampet area should unite and build the road. Properties in that area are charging hefty amounts for duplex houses. In the range of 75 lakhs to 1 crore. Is it their responsibility too to construct the road till bowrampet and bachupally to the ORR ?
